HR Coordinator

Purpose:
Coordinate and administer HR activities and programs to ensure all processes are implemented based on BSJ Policies and Procedures and according to government regulations. These programs include but not limited to Expatriates Formalities; Expatriate mobilisations, HR administration, HRIS, and employee communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Services Manager in the expatriate work permit and visas process
  • Responsible for the expatriate mobilisation, to include but not limited to flights arrangement, shipment and other task related to expat mobilisations
  • Provide advise to expatriate staff in relation to housing provision
  • Responsible for the new expatriate on boarding process
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates of employee database, to include all changes affecting to employee's statuses such as new hires, promotions, lateral movements and terminations
  • Support related stakeholders to manage employee relatation issues (Industrial Relations) following the organisation's policies and procedures, and best practices
  • Overview employees' attendance, leave management and overtime administration 
  • To actively promote the well being of all students and be familiar with and uphold all Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures within the School
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in HR area
  • Holds Bachelor degree in HR Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related major
  • Posses an excellent verbal and written english skill
  • Experience in handling expat mobilisations and visa/formalities process.
  • Good knowledge of Labor legislation
  • Possess strong communication skill

  • Organized and detail oriented
