Senior HR Officer

Purpose:
Coordinate and administer HR activities and program to ensure all processes are implemented based on BSJ Policies and Procedures and according to government regulations. These program include but not limited  to: recruitment; compensation / remuneration, HR administration, HRIS and employee communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Department managers in relation to :
    • Collect and coordinate man power plan for each department and prepare report status for turnover on each department
    • Attendance of employees and the action needs to be taken
  • Administer HRIS for the information of  employment contract, employee personal information and any other HRIS Administration
  • Coordinate with finance team in insurance claim management for employees
  • Prepare job posting, specification for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recrutiment standards 
  • Contact candidates, schedule interview and develop interview question with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently equitably and according to BSJ recruitment standards and guidelines
  • Interview, test, rank, check references , select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre established selection criteria and BSJ recruitment policies
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications in order for succesful candidates to have all necessary information to decide to accept the offered position
  • Represent the organization at external event of job fair to promote the organization to potential candidates
  • Respond to inqueries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies
  • To actively promote the well being of all students and be familiar with and uphold all Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures within the School.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in HR area
  • Minimum Bachelor from HR Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related major
  • Posses an excellent verbal and written english skill
  • Possess recruitment and selection knowledge
  • Possess basic knowledge of marketing activities  specially related to employer branding
  • Possess basic knowledge of psychology
  • Possess strong communication skill
  • Experience in handling expat mobility and visa/formalities process will be an advantage
